January 31, 2008 ‑ Saint-Petersburg School of Interpretation and Translation was established by decision of the Academic Council of the University (minutes of meeting № 4) as a division of the Institute of International Relations of Herzen University. The respective administration decree № 624 of February 6, 2008 was signed by Rector of the University Gennady. A. Bordovsky.

      31 января 2008 г. решением Ученого Совета РГПУ им. А.И. Герцена (протокол № 4) была учреждена Санкт-Петербургская высшая школа перевода в структуре Института международных связей РГПУ им. А.И. Герцена. Приказ № 624 от 6 февраля 2008 г. подписан Ректором РГПУ им. А.И. Герцена Г.А. Бордовским.
